A DIVE BAR CONCERT WITH OVER 2 MILLION “FRIENDS,” PLEASE!

TuneIn Receives Over 2 Million Entries in the First 10 Days of Garth Brooks' Dive Bar Giveaway

Over 2 million entries have been received in the first ten days of the contest to win tickets to Garth Brooks’ Dive Bar concert celebrating the opening of his Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky Tonk in Nashville.  The concert is set for November 24, and the only way in is to win tickets through The BIG 615 on TuneIn.  Listening to the BIG 615, fans are notified when Dive Bar Giveaway entry windows are open.  They can enter as often as they want while the window is open.   Only 307 pairs of tickets will be given away for the intimate concert.

“You’ve got to be kidding me!” Brooks exclaimed.  “We’ve heard some people are entering hundreds of times, which is amazing in itself, and having over two million entries is unbelievable!  I can’t think of a better way to open the doors to Friends in Low Places, and I hope everyone who enters the contest will eventually ‘slip on down to the oasis’ with us!”

"I’ve been in radio for 150 years and this is the most amazing response to a giveaway I have ever seen! Just mind-blowing!" said Bob Richards, Program Director of the SEVENS Radio Network.  "But, then again, a Garth Brooks Dive Bar concert at the grand opening of HIS bar and honky tonk will be one of the most amazing, mind-blowing concerts ever.”

Storme Warren, voice and host of The BIG 615, remarked, "The enthusiasm around this contest and the Dive Bar event is so fun and contagious. I can’t wait to meet all the lucky winners from across the country in person. With more registration windows opening up every day, you can almost hear the famous quote from 'Dumb and Dumber' echoing in the wind… 'So you’re telling me there’s a chance?' Yes! There is!”
